#12DaysOfDiversity Christmas Diverse Retellings Readathon TBR!

My fave Julia Ember, author of UNICORN TRACKS, is hosting another reading challenge. This time it is all about Diverse Retellings! You can learn more about the challenge, types of books you can read, etc. by reading her blog post, but today I am going to tell you my reading goals and TBR! It runs from December 19th to December 30th (and then BAMF is hosting a readathon on December 30th and 31st, but you can learn more about that on December 6th in our blog post!) so I will be home, out of school, and need a breather from everything, meaning I will be reading a LOT.

I am hoping to achieve BADASS SANTA level which is the person who achieves the most amount of points during the readathon so I may have gone overboard after Julia's announcement and bought ALL THE BOOKS (or made a wishlist for them for Overdrive/library) and have decided I will try to read as many as possible.

I really want YOU to participate in this readathon as well, so I am giving you a chance to win one of my favourite Diverse Retelling stories, THE STAR TOUCHED QUEEN by Roshani Chokshi! See the embedded tweet for your chance to win it!

To Be Read

I am going to break them down by category, but please note that some of them fit into more than one category (which makes these ones even more awesome).

There are a lot of other choices of books on the initial blog post, but I have read them so you will have to check out Julia's blog to see what else you can read! There are so many fantastic books on this list and I highly recommend participating! If you're not participating, wish me luck below to get as many points as I possibly can!!

  1. I saw you tweet about this readathon earlier and I can't wait to join! I definitely won't be aiming for Badass Santa, but I'll try to read as many during that time as possible of course. Good luck!
