Subscription Box #Review: Nerdy Post June 2018!

I love surprises and subscription boxes so I decided to buy a few different ones and then review them for you guys because why not! So you will get to see a few different subscription box reviews!

Just so everyone knows, I live in Canada, so the prices and such that I am going to talk about are in Canadian Dollars and shipping times are based on shipping to Canada.

The NerdyPost website!

Every month. They offer a bunch of different options, so check them out below! Plus, you can order past boxes, build your own box, and a host of other options to get Nerdy Post items!

Nerdy Post Lite: $9.95 USD
Nerdy Post: $13.95 USD
Ultimate Nerdy Post: $22.95 USD
Nerdy Tees: $15.95 USD
Nerdy Combo: $29.90 USD
Ultimate Nerdy Combo: $38.90 USD

Each option has a different combination of items which you can see on their website. I get the Nerdy Post option - and that is what I will be reviewing today. The Nerdy Post option includes:

  • Large Print
  • Two Mini Prints
  • Bookmark
  • Sticker
  • Pin
  • Post Card, and
  • Bonus Item

Plus shipping, which for me, cost $9.00 USD

I just looked at my credit card statement and it cost me $30.25 Canadian

I got the email notification on a Monday and I got the box on a Thursday. Very quick turnaround time. I was very impressed.

The ordering process is simple. Choose your box, put in your shipping address, and boom! Plus you can pay with PayPal which makes it super convenient and easy.

I loved all the items in this box! If you didn't see, you can watch me unbox all the items on Instagram with their new IGTV feature

The theme of this box was "Fierce Females" and was the two year anniversary for Nerdy Post! Inside was:

  • Nevernight by Jay Kristoff print
  • Crooked Kingdom by Leigh BArdugo Miniprint
  • Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas mini print by @monolimeart
  • Black Panther bookmark, with one side designed by @jasonizer_art
  • Lord of the Rings and Westworld bookmark
  • Firefly sticker designed by @unluckydesign
  • Harry Potter lapel pin created by @lapelyeah
  • Wonder Woman notebook designed by the Nerdy Post team and @halthegal_storyart
  • Illuminae magnet

To me, this box was. I like to see the theme before I continue with my subscription. For example, July's theme was Classics and I skipped and August's theme is Shadowhunters and I'm going to skip it as well since I'm not really a fan. I like the broader themes because it will have a bunch of items from varying fandoms I like! But I think the quality of the items is worth the price. I can't wait to see what the September theme is!

Do you purchase subscription boxes? Are you going to check this one out?
