I seriously love this series and this night. I love the idea of a promise of hope and something more in the future that is given because it is the "last night" for anything to happen since it's grad night. I really enjoyed Jade and Lennon's story and the way they fell into one another. If you're looking for a cute contemporary novel, this is the one for you.
I liked that both Jade and Lennon were more than just their stereotype and that they both played up the aspects of the stereotype for each other. Every time they called each other "rockstar" and "mathlete" I swooned. They were so good for one another and I just loved it. Mostly my thoughts were "alshdlahsdljjslk."
The only downside was that it felt like this one was a bit rushed since we had seen some of the aspects of it in the other novels in the series. I thought that it could have been expanded a bit in certain spots to flesh out the relationship a bit more between our two main characters and their friends. But if that's my only complaint then I'm very happy.
Overall if you are a fan of cute contemporary novels, epic confessions of feelings, and the promise of summer love that can turn into something more, LOVE BEYOND OPPOSITES is the book for you! But really, I hope you pick up ALL of the Grad Night series. All of it.
