Recap
First things first, I want to start by saying I absolutely adore Kristen, Nicola, and Rachel for
hosting this and giving these authors a chance to highlight and sell
their books to the masses. A huge "You guys rock!" to them. I only wish
to be as awesome as the three of you at some point in my life. I am
going to give you guys a quick rundown of the chat and I am going to do
my best to feature every author that participated!
There
were ELEVEN questions answered by the authors as their main characters; I will try to feature every author/main character here, but if I do not, chances are it is because there are SO MANY questions and answers and it was hard to get them all. Feel free to scroll through my favourites on Twitter to read all my favourite answers and see about these glorious books!
The
first question asked was for everyone to introduce themselves! It got
the authors and Twitter users talking about the books and a short little
blurb about the book itself. Some of my favourite answers were...
A1. I'm Lydia Blankenship, a secondary character in THE SERPENT KING only because my dad's not a perverted snakehandling preacher #FAC16
— Jeff Zentner (@jeffzentner) July 26, 2015
I'm Cas Leung. I live on the Southern Republic of California coast with my family and our stable of Reckoners (giant sea monsters) #FAC16
— Cas Leung (w/ Emily) (@skrutskie) July 26, 2015
The second question was to describe what they looked like. Some of my favourite answers were...
#FAC16 I have dusky skin, a shadow that won't stay, cygnet eyes, waist-length hair black as hate and a nose I have yet to grow into.

Alex: I have unpredictable curly brown hair that I keep in a ponytail. Tattoos? No, needles could be tainted. #FAC16 https://t.co/R8vGvwBSI8

Next it was about what is so great to live where they do, whether it be good food, good Wifi, or something else entirely! My favourite answers were...

This was followed by asking about the fashion trends where they are. I loved these answers...
Q4: I can't live without my Converse shoes… other than that, the real fashion trends are underneath the jeans and hoodie I'm wearing. #FAC16
— Laurie E. Flynn (@laurellizabeth) July 26, 2015
Fashion for me is anything that doesn't come from a dead animal. I can feel their deaths when I touch fur/skins, which isn't pretty. #FAC16
— Kathryn Purdie (@KathrynPurdie) July 26, 2015
Next was what they would do with a million of whatever currency they currently have. Some of my favourite answers included...
A5: A million?? Is there a million pounds in the whole country?? I would buy England! I would run it SENSIBLY. #fac16
— Henrietta Howel (ATM (@JessCluess) July 26, 2015

Q6: Something in chemical engineering. Something that follows a formula. Numbers make way more sense to me than people. #FAC16
— Laurie E. Flynn (@laurellizabeth) July 26, 2015
The seventh question (getting closer to the end now) was what food they would eat forever, which made me extremely hungry. Some of my favourite answers were...

— Jeff Zentner (@jeffzentner) July 26, 2015
The penultimate question was if they had a crush on someone and what their ideal date would be. And while Emily's answer was my favourite, it had like six parts to it, so view it here. Otherwise, I really enjoyed...
A10: Hanging out at the quarry with Declan. Or, you know, doing literally anything with him.
God I miss that boy. #FAC16
— Emily Martin (@thatEmilyMartin) July 26, 2015
A10) Um...*blush* Yes? I guess our ideal date would be to explore London together, but that's not possible... #FAC16
— Tara Sim (@EachStarAWorld) July 26, 2015
And the final question was if they would do body shots with Jon Snow and there was only one acceptable answer...
A11: Jon Snow body shots. I mean. Yes. I don't even...yes. Of course. OF COURSE. WHERE IS HE? IS HE HERE???? #fac16
